Returns Policy

Cradle prides itself on offering quality products which are hand selected from companies around the world. Our products are designed to be out grown, not out worn. If your order is not quite what you expected, simply notify us at kate@cradlebaby.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will exchange your purchase or offer you a credit note.

All you have to do is:

  • Contact us
  • Return it to us, at your expense within 7 days of contacting us.
  • Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused with original tag and packaging in place to:                                Cradle, 290 Highgate, Roslyn, Dunedin, 9010.

Sale Items

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items. The return of these items will only be eligible if you are wanting to exchange it for the same item in a different size and only if stock is available.  Sale items are usually reduced because they are end of season stock.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.

Our checkout procedure requires you to provide us with personal contact information, we may use this for the purpose of making contact with you about your order, to inform you of changes to our website and to keep you informed about new products. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party.

Credit Card Security

We take the protection of your credit card details very seriously. Your credit card information will be protected during transmission through SSL which encrypts the information you input. Cradle cannot see or access your card details.

Email

Cradle provides a facility to send information to friends (send to friend). This facility may not be used to send spam or that would otherwise violate our term and conditions or privacy policy. These email addresses will not be permanently stored, rented or sold.

Stock / Availability

If an item you have purchased is temporarily out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible of the expected delivery date.

Shipping

We use a courier to deliver orders. We will endeavour to process your order on the next business day. However, please allow between 3-5 working days to receive your order. If for any reason we cannot get your order to you within this time, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Cradle will not be liable for delays beyond our control, especially at busy times of the year.

International Shipping

We deliver to most international locations using NZ Post and DHL. If you have any queries about shipping, please contact us.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

A standard charge of 15% GST is included in all retail prices displayed.
